Plastic restorations

Plastic restorations are tooth coloured fillings made from composite plastics or glass material. They are used to restore tooth decay or tooth defects in areas where there is sufficient tooth structure to bond the material. This procedure is performed using rubber dam isolation to enhance the bond and prevent moisture contamination.

We are an amalgam free dental clinic and all amalgam removal is carried out according to current safety methods which includes the use of rubber dam, irrigation and hi speed suction.
